Tokyo Tama World Project by Ginza Kazuya(TTWP) acknowledges the importance of protecting personal information. Recognizing its responsibility, TTWP complies with laws and regulations with respect to the protection of personal information. The purpose of the privacy policy is disclosed as follows:

1. TTWP will appoint a privacy officer and implement appropriate privacy policies and procedures.
2. TTWP will collect personal information through fair and legal means. In order to do so, TTWP will specify the purpose of its use, as well as contact information for inquiries.
3. TTWP will not provide personal information to any third party, unless otherwise authorized by the owner or allowed by relevant laws and regulations,
4. TTWP willl aim to strictly manage personal information to prevent its illegal access, loss, falsification or leakage.
5. TTWP will execute an agreement with the third party or take any other measures that obligate the third party to be responsible for the management of the personal information to be provided.
6. TTWP will promptly respond to requests to disclose, correct, add and/or delete personal information from the owner, to a reasonable extent.
7. TTWP will comply with relevant laws and regulations with regard to the protection of personal information, and also constantly review its implementation of the policy, and aim to make further improvements.
