The confectionary that carries everyone's dreams and thoughts to the world.

Ginza Kazuya produces Japanese confectionary featuring 'Sawai Yuzu,' in cooperation with persons with disabilities (PWD) from Tama Kasamura no Kai. Yuzu is carefully chopped and eventually made into jam, which is the main ingredient of our products, "Tama Yuzu Monaka" and "Tama Yuzu Warabi." This is the confectionary that carries our dreams and thoughts to the world. What's more, this project enables yuzu farmers to protect traditional agriculture derived from years of ancestral knowledge and PWD to take part in society.Through this project, we aim to achieve a number of objectives including: community revitalization, coexistence with nature, environmental protection, world peace, equal employment opportunities and economic independence of people with disabilities, agricultural promotion, a campaign for Tama sports festival and community development. We launched this project with the hope of bringing happiness to people all over the world.

The endless light for you will never burn out.

There is a Japanese proverb. Before the first candle goes out, light the next candle so that the candle light will never fade away. Like this proverb, I want to pass down our ideas and culture to the next generation without it fading away.
